But, as Steven Bizzell states, shareholder capital is sacrosanct (too important or valuable to be interfered with)!!!!
That TO agreement MUST be their ultimate priority and as the terms "should not" be too harsh, based upon all the known facts, there should be no effort spared by management o get it finalized. That is FAR more important to the immediate future of the company than "someone" "possibly" seeing some glowing specks in NZ. Chalk and cheese.
