Yes gassed, that is consistent with my research. Apparently the ILUA is not that complexed and negotiation are currently under way between the Land Council (on behalf of the Ewamian People) and LNY directly. A lawyer, from the Land Council, by the name of Jules, is representing the Ewamian People. Once the agreement is executed by both parties, it then needs to be registered. Once registered, the path is then clear for the granting of the Mining Licence.

Its been a hell of a journey, but we are awfully close now.
