Correct me if I am wrong here but doesn't that mean we now have lifeline for the whole kaboodle to get up and running - IF- it has legs. Isn't this the best news we could have hoped for? No one is going to drop $7m if they think the whole show is a dud would they?

I dont hold HML, my sympathies to you guys tho, not sure what the breakdown of the company shareholders are is but have you thought of filing a s249D oust the current board and then liquidate the assets and distribute them to shareholders. Might as well try to get as much moneyy out of it while its still there.
