I think its more to do with some users here throwing around wild accusations backed by no evidence what so ever.
Some of which amounts to potential defamation.
If you have hard evidence, report it. If not, stop accusing people with your hunch/gut feeling/conspiracy theories.
I also find it somewhat amusing that these same people are employing tactics that they accuse the pirates of using.
