Hi Champee,

Funny you put this up. I've been thinking about Andrew's email the last week or so. In particular, his answer to my last question which was to clarify that Capitol intended to open 3 new clinics as well as looking to acquire new businesses and how that related to 2018 FY guidance.


"As announced we will open 3 new greenfields clinics in Melbourne this year. They are included in our guidance.

We also intend to acquire clinics in Melbourne this year, which are not in the guidance."

At the time I assumed "this year" meant financial not calendar year but lately thinking that if the new clinics are to contribute to guidance then they may be opening sooner rather than later. They are expected so should be in the SP already to some degree.

No idea how they would structure the new clinics in the existing business but have started to keep an eye on the ABN website.
