The release of the SMART program that requires a bit more drilling is close. (hopefully).

If you are going to use paper in any transaction, it must have some value.

RNI have massive land holdings, and it looks like it is going to be broken up.

SFR to the east... WGX/HOR to the north west.

Wodger drilling will create a bit of urgency and I don't think HOR is ready ( MC $5million needs to be at least $20million and have cash)

However, I can see a merger between EGS and HOR and then an EGS/HOR tilt at the north western tenements as an alternative.
