2016 was a transformative year for PTX to say the least, I'm so glad we have a new very focused CEO to drive this business, one of which was able to perform cap raising in the order of over 10m to secure our position.
The Phase 1b/2 PTX200 breast trial is now in expansion phase at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida and Phase 1b/2 ovarian trial is dose escalation stage at Moffatt.

Although us long term holders would all like to see results of these trials by now, IMO these trials are progressing very nicely for the following reasons:- Breast trial in expansion phase enrolling more patients to gather as much data now which in essence shortens phase 2 all going well. This is a very good thing because if it were not showing promise they would not bother enrolling more patients in a 1b/2. Ovarian now in dose escalation stage to determine the most effective dosing level. Again IMO very promising position being able to fine tune the dose level required to prevent hyper activation of AKT pathway.

AML 1b/2 trial, we have the best of the best in treating AML Professor Jeff Lancet pursuing this trial. 1st patient dosed mid December, may have recruited & dosed a few more by now?

What all this tells me is bring on 2017, and as if this is not brilliant enough we have not even scratched the surface as yet with PTX100 being primed for multiple myeloma, another huge unmet need.
