You say hold not buy?? Can I ask why that sentiment ?

I bought more at 82 and must admit am a bit overweight but yield says it all for me!!
Question is can they maintain the div. They have said yes in the short term but how about longer.
It is a good proven business and must be exceptional buying at these prices IMHO. Even a reduced div makes it good buying. Halve the div and do the sums.
I am happy with my position
