Nope. Neerabup is fully leased out and isn't a merchant plant. Also it's located in the WA market which is the WEM and not the NEM so that price has nothing to do with it.
The market is clearly seeing the rise of SME margins and the US doubling contracted load. When you consider that and the favourable outlook more recently in Australia it would put EPW at around $2 quite easily.
