Do you think they will resume the buy back in July or after the August FY reporting season? Presumably they know the result won't be any good and price might drop after the FY reporting so they're holding to buy back at even cheaper prices later on? Well given the process of the buy back there is bit more to go, they shouldn't just suspend buying until forever...
