I cherrypicked one thing I did like - the low turnover mentioned in the pres above. Loss of grey hair would be the biggest risk to the viability of CDD, and that is what you pay the extra for if you are contracting Cardno.
I'm hoping CDD doesn't get taken over, but instead moves back to being a high ROE business compounding over time, with smaller bite sized acquisitions in area's of competitive advantage (rather than going "full retard" again). However I didn't buy enough stock to get much of a vote.
