AECOM colleague told me in worst times they forced every1 to take 1 day a week leave without pay. 20 percent pay cut.
But not sure if Cardno did the same.
The AECOM people I knew have all moved. I would say up over 50 percent. So it could be the nature of the game. Seek promotions and pay rises. Loyalty is not rewarded....i know from personal experience.
But once again. I am pinning my hopes on the fact a rising tide lifts all boats.
