See page 20, this is where the "Portfolio" companies are first listed out, however portfolio companies was first discussed around the Wankmuller Strategic Review (October 2015) and first mentioned at the full year 2016 results - just after his resignation, though you are correct "Construction Sciences" is first mentioned in investor presentations in February 2017, not quite a couple of months. I think we can both claim to be right.
