However I do have an opinion that management will be keeping the market up to date and as fully informed as possible.
As the 6cent options come "into the money" and generate conversion value, CNX will generate funds from the conversion to fully paid shares. This is is one incentive, terms for a JV may also relate to cash reserves. The financial health of CNX will play an important part when a prospective licencee considers their position.
