Your mentioned completion date of April 2015 for first 200MW of power at Philippines plant, contradicts the recent EWC announcement on 31st October 2014, which said "...Meets DOE's request to bring into commercial operation an additional 400MW of power capacity by summer 2015". The Philippine summer is from March to May.
Any idea if the start-up (on-line) date has been pushed back, since the October announcement?
