NewB exactly the correct comment - That is exactly why I spent my research time in two very different Priceline stores one ex pharma and one that came from the chain in a big shopping mall.

I can to a positive conclusion as I liked the differences that each had and how much the staff seemed to appreciate the environment and helping customers. I took my two daughters as well and they both signed up for the club membership immediately and were very impressed.

It does however carry large risk - but it could make a real value chain out of it. I have studied the model overseas and it works if you get the balance correct and that means it has to appeal to the customer first.
