Just out of curiosity, I Emailed the company about acounting issue & received the phone call from Scott himself. Explained to me that accounting fraud is utterly untrue. It appears complex to some, is because the company was doing accuisitions, share issues & depreciations. Also, in Sino site... many worker are being relocated (not laid off) to Fortescue site for a massive work early next year, Poisedon work will carry on strong, Papua Project too. Whereas Kula & Greenland still in the process. Guidance remain unchanged & stronger work in 2013 than 2012. That's how he explained.

To me is a good punt as long as you don't put your house on it. My max valuation now is around $0.23-0.27 resistance.
