Came across this piece today. A very clean explanation as to why you should never ever not in your life dangle a carrot in front of managers :) Study after study shows that incentive schemes do not work but actually are detrimental to the company. CCU are, unless the Indo friend wants to save it, gonski. But for next time, shareholders should never ever approve such monstrous schemes to enrich other people.
