Actually scope11, you'll find that the more bonus a manager receives, the more time he spends thinking about how to spend his bonus and the less time he spends thinking about his job.
That's what I do, whenever I get a bonus I think about where to go on holiday and at which restaurants to eat at and to which brothels to frequent... the last thing on my mind is work.
