15 may spud immediately following Kerosene creek well. New build NRG rig to drill the 15 sq km KATE anticline to investigate if the high quality thermogenic oil that has found in seeps around the perimeter has been trapped in this large natural trapping strucure.
Kate anticline trap is of a size capable of holding 200 million barrels of oil, if oil is present.(TAG)
