Alan , TAG were refering to the whole 15sqkm Kate Structure ,,, which may indeed contain 200mmboe on a 'fill to spill' basis.... (in fact multiply 15sqkm by 270m column x 20% porosity to get an even larger OOIP number!)
GGX are being more conservative and refering only to the Kate-1 drill I suspect. Always better to surprise on the upside.....imo.
In reality we should all be happy with a fraction of either!
As I have said ,,, the only way to know for sure is to drill .... bring it on !!
