    privatisation question I'm not a lawyer , but if , as speculated, the Kirbys try to privatise VRL would the prefs automatically convert to ords? If so the prefs could go fronm $2.16 to $3.61 being the valuation of ords from Deutsch. Appreciate any thoughts from lawyers or experts on the prefs. Cheers
