    Mac B, I have seen Deustch numbers (by Mike Mangan who has now left) that had $2.75 as base, and $4 as the midpoint before this deal.

    If more brokers are commencing coverage it will be a big plus as this has been missing for the past couple of years.

    My own valuation numbers are mid $3's on the prefs
