"Nickel metal prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) commenced the reporting period at $US12,710 per tonne, finished the year at $US18,480 per tonne, and averaged $US14,698 per tonne for the 12 months ended 31 December 2009."
They made $50m profit with an average price of $US14,698 per tonne. It is currently $21,300 per tonne. At this price they will have ~45% more revenue than last year. If the price rises more...then things will be great.
