Thermal rates are dependent on quality, and few other factors;
but Chinese are paying between $40 - $60 p/t at the gate.
Was only around $20!
Mono miners are starting to up the ante, but Chinese at the end of the day, seem to be hard negotiators.
Hence aspect to send coal via Russia, to the coast, to market produce into the Global market.
No expert, just an observation.
