    trf when it did the ipo of ife ..trf retained 20% of all the Fe found and 100% of any other minerals found... like gold etc ...its totally different to any share holdings trf have in ife....those shares can be diluted via new placements...

    the 20% is free carried ...no cost to trf.....and cannot be diluted
