    Based on Coeur's closing price of US$3.56 and exchange rate of 81.85 cents the 0.682 BSG shares for each Coeur share is worth $2.966.

    There is a 20 cents premium, or put another way, BSG is now trading at a discount of 20 cents to the offer.
