I think you should have serious talk with CEO. I'm not sure if this stock is heading for anything. If they want backdoor listing other sector eg IT, retail etc. they should at least tell holders which section they want to move company.

Resources could boom again. If they want to stay in resource projects, they need to move fast especially they have a bit of cash. Their current projects may not feasible to spend any more drill money.

This stock is tightly held, if they find something wonderful share price could rocket.
