Its a great lark actually - the directors do nothing but collect fees (for doing nothing) plus directors fees from other companies JRL has invested in (whilst still doing nothing) (maybe these fees should be directed back to JRL (because they are doing nothing) - and all the while (whilst doing nothing) they are able to buy shares from "long suffering shareholders" who have decided to eventually sell (because they are doing nothing) - so they (the directors that are doing nothing) can pick those shares up themselves (to bolster their position on the register) so they (the directors that are doing nothing) can continue to do nothing! (I'm exhausted now - wasting soooo much time on a bunch of guys who do nothing!)
