But, yes, I am only a casual observer.

I'm impressed the sp has moved, but the reality is that few shares actually change hands, and given the tight registry and lack of interest by both buyers and sellers, it would be pretty easy to move the share price in whatever direction was desired.

How many years until the boss retires? It might help answer the question of when a deal will be signed.
