Although the parent company Ivanhoe mines owns 60% of IVA so I'm not too sure a takeover will get through that blocking stake.
Interesting to note RIO keeps upping their stake in Ivanhoe's mongolia copper deposit which is said to contain 81 billion pounds of copper and 46 million ounces of gold.
Makes IVA's resource pale in insignifigance but I'm sure many eyes are watching this share price decline.
