Well any capital expenditure is going to cost money but I think AAC have misread their competition and agree they made an error not negotiating a joint venture. It is quite ironic that it is cheaper to send the Cattle to southern abattoir than the AAC one. At least the latest reports are they are publicly advertising kills space for various cows at Livingstone for September and October. Although they have come down from the $2 you have quoted to less than $1.85 a kilo now. Screen out all this stock market falling the catalyst now going forward is if they can gain back market share and the coming months will be critical.
