i think its entirely a personal choice and each individual should assess it as such.
Yes, you seem correct that if your still holding all the way to these levels then its hardly worth selling unless you have some big capital gains to offset, but even then you could wait till its closer to the end of finacial year.
Yes, .5c seems cheap and a 1/3 of todays prices but will tank stoop to those levels post placement? possibly.
Small movements in prices this low provide some easy % gains however you would need a decent sized position to make it worth it.
Confidence has obviously been shown by Allied Property, they have bucket fulls of cash and are underwriting the whole 2 billion shares. Faith? Stupidity? Time will tell, maybe they know something we don't..
Are they (AP) purely after gold? on face value it seems that way but could they be after uranium etc? unknown.
Ultimately you've gotta be comfortable with your decision as its your money. You could make a motza or you could end up throwing good after bad. I would still be a lot more confident if it wasn't for the massive dilution.
