my understanding is that ~19c is potentially a 50Fib retracement and it seems that people have been camping there ready since the 12month high of 22c was tested and then (slightly) broken.
personally i got in a couple of months ago at 15.5c and then out at 22c and am now looking at re-entry closely. i dont want another repeat of PEK when i was in and out at the same levels and then it ran to the 70s....glta
