I could post more URL`s but there are so many indications that the court case may quite simply end up going nowhere in particular and end up being a "we agree to fixed terms in return for a null in void court ruling on a pricing arrangement"...

Seems to me it may very well be manner from heaven to sell the stocks down knowing to position yourself for the eventual upswing of pricing sentiment....of course this is purely a positive sentiment to a falling SP...but I can not see any other reason for the sell down....
