In simple terms, IF the share price remains above the option strike price (2c) you will be purchasing new shares in the company at a discount....win. The proceeds of the purchase go into the company coffers in return for printing new fully paid ordinary shares, as opposed to buying on market where the proceeds go into the pocket of the seller.....win. So if your a LT investor in the company it's a Win/Win scenario.
