income......The salient point though is that because of cash at bank they

don't have to sell themselves on street corners for a quick buck anymore..

Sure it hurts in the dilution department but they are attracting long term

biotech savvy investors who openly admit they are longer term investors

which upon inquiry or investigation is correct....It is important to note

also that these investors do get a good deal....If EFTI stands up good things 

will happen here....Frederic knows more about EFTI than anyone, he's head

of an expanding the research dept. including with the the biggest dogs
