Ahjay, I guess as sp has fallen since cap raising has been announced it would seem the timing may be bad when we look at IMM in isolation. However, the broader market outlook for 2019 is forecasted as volatile , downward trend (seems to have started already), with a possible recession 2019/2020), it may be management have made a conservative decision to secure further funding now than in a more volatile environment.Just my opinion only.
