Carrying out several trials across several countries, I’d imagine would be a very expensive task ,and for ethical reasons ,the company may not want to commence the trial until they are certain to have the funds to see them through,so perhaps additional to any potential milestone payments the extra funds were needed,and the possible lure of encouraging 761 results ,and the timing there of was enough to make the deal stick.That aside my guess is we may now receive an operations update ,perhaps in the form of our newsletter.The sweet spot for ,bang for bucks ,is in ph2,why give it away in early trial stage ,if you do not need too. Prove it up and multiply the asking price .
