I see this arrangement as business opportunities for both sides:
Altium takes the current down turn in the stock market as opportunity, for their cheap exposure in Lag3 immutgerapy science at an advanced clinical development stage.
Management used the opportunity to gain a specialist US institutional support in the US equity market.
