IMHO something needs to give in the area of transport. I think it is a little naive to believe that a myriad of potentials will prove up resources and then successfully lean on a third party to fund transport infrastructure. It just makes no economic sense - particularly when there is the looming threat of oversupply going forward, just when some of these projects are coming on line. IO price is also a factor - will it stay where it is? It is possible that buyers will be in a good position in 2-3 years with abundant supply of quality ore and companies scrambling to get some of the action...
The winners will require something up their sleeve.
The encouraging factors here for me are the cornerstone shareholder and the addition of Mike Young on the Board. When Mike starts buying stock instead of being granted it I will be buying with my ears pinned back.
Until then I would prefer that the posts were a little more balanced.
Just presenting some balance...
