IMO they should put an expiry date on that shortfall.
All we need is for the SP to start to recover in a couple of weeks like last time when it went from 11c to 14c only to have sophs suddenly want to 'invest' in the company only to dump the shares immediately for a quick profit and send KEY into yet another black hole.
If they have any success in WA they should have another offering at a higher price, regardless of the cost of doing a fresh placement.
