The JV has not made any progress over the last couple of years of which KEY is a member. Let's be clear these issues are out of the JV's control.

IMO, the reason the sp has fallen to these levels is mainly due to the uncertainty of whether we retain the Tz assets or not. KEY need to remove that fear and make it clear to all shareholders that we will be retaining our assets.

There are no buyers for the assets right now because imo there are still ongoing issues which need to be sorted, and until then, NO revenue can be realised from these assets.

Its pretty simple, why buy something NOW if you cannot get anything back NOW in return. IMO KEY wants a price which has the discovery and potential priced into it.
