I share your frustration bugler... Obviously I don't know ASX rules well enough to comment further (I assume that this suspension ticks all the ASX requirements) but I'm surprised that a company is allowed remain suspended for such a long timeframe while still operative on a "business as usual" basis.
Sure, the share price would have tanked given the precarious financial situation, but I think that shareholders shouldn't be denied the opportunity to jump ship or invest more. I suspect there are shareholders with substantial holdings for which this suspension is much more than an "annoyance"...
I guess we won't be given an option to trade until funds hit GSL's bank acct or goes into admin....
