Because the sales are anemic at best. Congratulations on the awards, if they reflect reality then the products should fly off the shelves. They don't, demonstrably so. Think about this.
The top tier secret classification is a different matter, but has a related outcome. That market is not huge outside the US and here is the real problem: Despite statements to the contrary, Covata is neither the first nor the last to offer similarly evaluated solutions. No one has made much money on secure file sharing, it is either a frustrating experience that demands much explanation or such enterprises find similar capabilities inherent in existing solutions. It is looking increasingly as though the days of stand-alone secure file sharing are gone. Remember, technology changes quickly and this is a rather old idea that should have caught on long ago if it was viable. (Why is it suddenly viable now? I'd love to understand why there is positive sentiment, I do not see it.)
