Theres also a few Aussies in the Bakken shales SEA who are now got BPT Beach teaming up in an mou. They have deals and wells coming out there ears. but many as low as 1% interest, with 50 due before end of 2010.

theres also AOK, punching some directional drilling into old wells and getting consistent small incremental build ups of bopd

Red fork energy over there in the Bakken and perhaps elsewher

Marion energy as well, not sure, havent looked what they are up to for a while.
