Sorry. There is so much posted on that bb that I cannot really be certain. He is not one of those continually posting junk. What he says would fit in with the ADI and EME capital raisings. I'd be delighted to see the 2 rigs back after Ipanema. This is not the time to be out of the stock, imo.
