Down 3.7% overnight in US. Most likely reason is the market spooked by a competitor (Apex) mounting a fresh challenge in Germany over the patent ruling awarded to Resmed in Nov 2013. That coupled with Directors selling small parcels. Interesting to see how this pans out, may take a few weeks to get a sense of direction.
