this announcement is a little bit of a double edged sword imo, its great that the CR was at 0.008 and that should act as a floor for the SP moving forward imo, also I don't think these guys are handing over a million bucks without some pretty decent information on the joint venture partners or off take agreements, also they will want to see a return pretty quickly and are probably expecting at least a bag from the .8 level.
so I expect the wait should be at the latest early January, followed by drilling announcement to prove up JORC.

the bad part is more dilution to an already large amount of SOI, management seem to be burning thru cash too fast for my liking atm, I guess over the next 18 months they could sell the shares they have acquired and realise some more cash that should prolong the next CR.

but I think a consolation at this stage is a 50/50
