the WIN board is 4 people, 1 of which that represents Creasy
while they hold no significant shareholdings in WIN, if Creasy has made a new nickel find near the WIN ground, the board would know about it and could easily arrange some performance shares issued to themselves
personally, i sense there is nothing unethical going on, including on behalf of Mark Creasy
my impression is Mark Creasy runs a very clean ship and would not be inclined to rip off the other 72% of WIN shareholders, who would also include those big subscribers that funded WIN over the years based on have faith in him
we must keep in mind the WIN support by large investors was all based on Creasy being a large shareholder of WIN
i do recall even Creasy chipped in money to buy WIN shares
